do not ship any of my characters with ANY others, unless i have linked them/specified, or i give you the very clear ok.

do not sell any of my characters to my blacklisted users, this will get you blacklisted along with them, as I am not comfortable with them owning a character I have out my time and energy into.

if you neglect to follow any of these rules, I reserve the right to blacklist.

art of them sexually romantic with another character or any sort of nudity is also completely prohibited! (I draw animals, so it is fine if they do not have clothing on, but do not make it so realistic that it shows any sort of nudity. I just want to keep my designs safe to all ages :D)

slight gore art, vent art, and non-sexual romantic art w/ another character is fine, as they are your character!

after you have officially bought the character, I will never use it as my own again or sell it again, as it is now completely yours :D

If I liked how some of the features or shapes of the adopt came out, I may reference them, but never copy the design of course :)

I may post the image to youtube, or in a journal, for art sharing or for examples (ex: commission and custom examples, etc.), unless you specifically ask for me not to!

if you are making art of my character and posting it, you do not have to credit me for the character, but I would prefer if you do because it helps a lot and I would like to see what you do with them! :D

of course, this does NOT mean you can claim my character as your own!

If you are storing my character on any storage website, (ex: toyhou.se, etc.), credit is required :)

if completely necessary, credit can be shortened to luna-mo or luna-m, but I prefer the whole username.

all of my designs that you buy can always be redesigned however much or little as you want, as long as you keep the gist of the character and give credit.

you can reference my designs (the coloring, lineart style, etc.) as long as it is not identical or heavily referenced.

I will always allow you to resell my POINT designs (ones you paid for), as long as: you ask me for permission through my discord (lexilotl.) or through DeviantArt CHAT (not notes :D ) and you do NOT sell it for more than you bought it for <3

For designs from me that you did NOT pay for (with points/art) (art that you got from gifts, raffles, contests, etc.), can be regifted, but NEVER sold/traded. Thanks :>

For designs that were traded (character/design trades, without points/money involved), these can be gifted or retraded, but NEVER sold!

refunds on point adopts can be provided within four months of purchase, but might be delayed, and i will take the design back before paying you back.

Design/art payments cannot be refunded.

I always reserve the right to redact ownership of my designs if I feel that I need to.

The reasons include breaking ANY of my page rules (listed on my page), breaking the rules in any of my terms of services that apply to what I am redacting, art or design theft, selling what I have said to not sell, and/or payments being stolen or having a high probability of being stolen.

50% refunds will always be given on these occasions, if you agree to give the character back to me.

If not much has been done wrong, I will request redaction, and if you decline, I will ask for credit to be shortened/abolished. This would be because of me not wanting to be associated with you, but do not worry, as this is very rare. If this happens, you will be put on the blacklist indefinitely.

if you block me, your designs you have bought from me will be immediately redacted, as I now would not know what you are doing with the characters, and you will be put on the blacklist
